RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your items! 

You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to return your items that are not final sale. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Prevail brand E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Prevail Brand reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Prevail Brand reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Non-Prevail Brand items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject our customers, but we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #Prevailbrand customers across the globe. 

Final Sale Items

All items with final sale on description  are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.

Sale items (Sale Tab/Collection), swimwear, and intimates are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless reason is for defective items.

Exchanges

Because we can't ensure our customer's will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift card towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged please reach out to us through email at Info.prevailbrand@gmail.com and we will gladly fix the problem as soon as possible. Please do so within 5 days of receiving your package.

    • When returning pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached (if applicable). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on Sale items (Sale Tab/Collection), swimwear, and intimates are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless reason is for defective items.
  • We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Credit

Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to process once it is received in our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Prevail Brand does not credit original shipping charges.

Stale Returns

Prevail Brand requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Prevail Brand will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. An E-Gift card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
