Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-Order Reservation

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your reservation.

2. Estimated Shipping Timeframe

The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-ordered items is between 4 to 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that this is an estimate and actual shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Communication of Delays

In the event of any delays beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible with an updated shipping estimate.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once the item has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

• Company-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeframe. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issues may be considered a breach of this agreement. We are committed to working with you to address any concerns regarding your pre-order.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from delays in shipping your pre-ordered item. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the pre-ordered product.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
