Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders W/ Route Protection

SHIPPING TIMES / ITEM DELIVERIES

All our products listed as ( On-Hand ) will be ready to ship to the customer. We are classified as a small business, and due to these circumstances...we do ask that all customers wait 5-10 business days before items ship out UNLESS ITEM IS A PRE-ORDER.PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTIONS AS SOME ITEMS ARE PRE-ORDERS AND CAN TAKE 4-16 WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO SHIP. International Orders take 15-45 days depending on your location. We give this time frame based off of the owner of the business's life and unexpected delays with USPS shipping, etc. Once you have checked our terms and conditions box and personally agreed to the duration and process of this release, we then ask you to claim your purchase. INTERNTIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX, and are typically delivered within 7-30 business days from the date that it is shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU and DDP. Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

PREORDER PROCESS

If an item is labeled in the description as a PREORDER, all orders placed on this item must have checked our terms and conditions box before they place their PREORDER on that particular item. Customers will not be able to complete their purchase until they have selected this box and ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions for the PREORDER before they check the box to complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via. email. After purchasing a PREORDERED item, you are now fully committed to abiding by the PREORDER duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDER, we suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM: @PREVAILBRAND_ where we will post updates every few days on the progress of your PREORDER. All emails about order progress will not be answered until the bulk order for that desired product is completed and shipped to each of the customers. Thank you

Order Processing

PLEASE READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AS SOME ITEMS ARE PRE-ORDER. PRE-ORDER ITEMS CAN TAKE UP TO 4-16 WEEKS FOR ITEM TO SHIP OR AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE.
Please read the following carefully: On average, orders and processed within 5-10 business days (M-Fafter completing your order (excluding weekends, holidays, sale events and pre-sale items). On special occasions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday Orders please allow 10-20 business days for item to ship. 

Due to Covid-19 regulations please allow 7-10 business days (M-F) after completing your order to receive a shipping confirmation and the tracking number to be active.


Purchasing Priority Shipping only gives you a faster transit time, it will not expedite the orders handling and processing time. 
 
In order to expedite your order processing time, please make sure to verify all information before completing your purchase in order to avoid any setbacks or delays.



We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.




Please note: We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages. It is important for customers who live in apartment complexes to stay up to date with their tracking and delivery in order to avoid missing or stolen packages. We offer the option to require a signature confirmation upon delivery in order to best track the handling of your order.


We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages caused by USPS or UPS.

Tracking Information 
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order. Please allow 5-10 Buisness Days for the tracking number to become active and begin to see updates. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 5-10 business days, please feel free to reach us directly via e-mail. On special occasions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday please allow 10-20 business days for item to ship. 



Delivery Information
PREVAIL BRAND is not responsible for the physical delivery of packages. In the event that a package is lost or misplaced, it is recommended to contact your local delivery service (based on method at checkout: i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.) to gather more information on the physical delivery of the package(s) and/or to file a claim. International Orders
International orders are subject to customs fees in their country of destination. Prevail Brand is not responsible for any additional fees associated with the order in other countries. In the event that an order is refused based off of fees, the package will be returned to us and there will be a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit to the customer. Please note that shipping fees are not included.

Orders can take up to 30-45 days to be delivered and can go unscanned for several days due to changing covid guidelines.
